I ordered this 2 times to see if the first one was just defective but both screens had the rainbow effect when the screen was applied. At first I thought it was from the film protector so tried to really wipe it off but that didn't help. So, I ordered another one to make sure it wasn't me. But the second one did the same thing.Also. On the box, they give a 100% satisfaction statement as well as include a card saying that if you need help to please contact them first. But there is no contact information anywhere. Not on the box, the card or on the page listing. I even tried to find a website by searching on google but there isn't one listed. So, how does anyone contact them? So, I ultimately ended up returning both and ordered a different brand that did not have the rainbow effect.
