These do occur, and you can't deny its reality. 3) The device cannot rest horizontally on a flat surface if it is not protected by a bumper (case). The phone on the table is moving while you type. 4) The charging cable included is not European, horribly oversized (those who enjoy "when more" can rejoice), and hefty with two flat rectangular connectors. Absence of a grounding pin. Quite simply, an adaptor is necessary. While the adapter stays put in a vertical outlet when charging, it falls out when charging when stuck in a horizontal position (due to its weight).
