It looks like in a first world country like the US we'll have real N95 masks for a year during this pandemic but it's a pretty good second option until it's the real deal. AccuMed has a shell shape similar to the 3M 1860 N95 mask that seemed to fit my face well (I have a big head, could have been a bit bigger, but 3M has the same issue for me). The straps are very well made, better than most, go behind the head, pull the mask well, wide enough to be comfortable. The nose wire is typical gauge, the 3M masks are better in this area (wire is bigger and stronger) but the seal is good (not perfect, AccuMed has a bit more glass fogging which causes leakage around the nose). It helps to attract them with a mirror so they can seal better. Breathability is what I would call average, some other brands are better some worse. Procedural (folded) masks have more breathability, but nowhere near the protection offered by this AccuMed. Straps that wrap around the head are much better for staying in place and not pulling on the ears. Also stays in place most of the time when you speak, which is good. Overall I'd say this is one of the best options, at least until the real 3M or Honeywell N95 becomes available to the general public in the US.
