Good quality protective masks

Good quality masks. I like that they are big enough to give good coverage. The wide elastic straps are also of good quality and stretch easily without breaking like some of the cheaper masks I've used. I got on well with them. It was easy to breathe, there were no leaks around the edges. As they are KN95 I use them when I go somewhere where social distancing is difficult and I don't have to wear them for a long time. They're stricter than sheet masks, but sometimes they're just what I need.

Pros
  • Adjustable closure
Cons
  • Crumpled

High quality mask suitable for safety

The headgear shell mask offers better protection compared to earhook foldable masks as they offer a much tighter fit. Anyone who does not value bulletproof protection and is used to wearing loose cloth masks or masks with ear loops will not like these masks. These particular masks are great because they fit well and have strong woven elastic headbands. The headbands are quite short which makes for a very snug fit; but they are a little less comfortable than other shell masks I've worn. Overall,

Pros
  • New 5-layer design consisting of 40 g/m2 non-woven needle punched + 25 g/m2 meltblown PP filter + 25 g/m2 melt-blown PP filter + 30 g/m2 non-woven needle punched + 230 g / m² cotton fleece, skin-friendly.
Cons
  • A newer model could have been selected

Works well enough until real N95 respirators come out

It looks like in a first world country like the US we'll have real N95 masks for a year during this pandemic but it's a pretty good second option until it's the real deal. AccuMed has a shell shape similar to the 3M 1860 N95 mask that seemed to fit my face well (I have a big head, could have been a bit bigger, but 3M has the same issue for me). The straps are very well made, better than most, go behind the head, pull the mask well, wide enough to be comfortable. The nose wire is typical gauge…

Pros
  • Molten
Cons
  • Requires outlet
