Review on O'Lipfa 11518 Ruler with Lip Edge: A Game-Changer for Accurate Measurements, 5 x 18-Inch by Linda Diaz

Was hoping it would be great. My favorite quilting ruler is O'Lipfa #13518 so I ordered this one thinking the extra lip would be even better. Using the tab for its intended purpose - "hooking" over the edge of the cutting mat - creates a mess. From point 0 to 18 inches the difference is 1/8 inch. Four cuts - They are offset by 1/2 inch, which is unacceptable when quilting. I don't know if the lip is misaligned or the calibrations are printed. I won't get her back. I'll ask hubby to take it to his workshop and cut off his lip and it will fit for basic measurements. Definitely waste of money. Too bad because their product which I use daily is the best.
