This was simple to set-up, building it took 15 minutes flat, even with difficulty of getting some of the washers and screws to line up. Overall build quality is average as there were a few loose plastic nubbins that I used a utility knife to cut toff for a perfect fit. This chair is rated for 350 pounds and is very very sturdy! Only caveat is that the back is not adjustable, but the lean and height make the chair very comfortable to sit on.
