The first time I placed an order, I showed up with a broken particle sensor and the results consistently indicated that there was perfect air present (readings were always equal to 0.01). When I reordered (after sending back the original), this time around I received a unit with a functional sensor but a faulty fan; when I turned it on, the unit jiggled and transmitted strong vibrations to the housing.
