Sorry if your spending that much money you expect more from this product. Something like glasses that are amazing and keep drinks cold and hot for hours. However, this product is useless. The only thing that seemed like the material would hold up and the color was pleasing to look at. However, there wasn't enough space for ice cream and a 30-pack. I put a lot less in this cooler as there was no more space. I've also tried leaving the cooler outside, putting it in the fridge, putting in already chilled food, using ice, etc. Nothing stays cold for more than 2 hours. The ice melted overnight. The whole point was staying cold longer without a fridge in a reasonable amount of time. I figured a few hours or even a day of ice cream would do. nope Doesn't do any more than a cheap cooler bought at Walmart in a smaller space. So what's the point? Maybe I didn't read the fine print, so what? If mugs keep my coffee warm for 6 hours and an iced drink for over 12 hours, what can you expect from an expensive cooler?
