I like this product very much! First let me get rid of the negativity. phone charger. Not sure how to get the 120rpm crank to charge your phone due to the cumbersome design of the charging handle. I know I lost power trying to charge my phones. But it may be that my battery is too big for this procedure. I am planning to buy a regular prepaid phone for emergencies. When I do I will update the overview of the loading aspect. Does my cell phone use too much power? Everything else works great. The flashlight is bright enough to shine a flashlight in a reasonable area and get the job done. More than enough light. I've read reviews where people criticize the flashlight as if it should have a tactical use? AM/FM radio sounds the same. This is a tool. It is not for listening pleasure. It is used to obtain information in an emergency and does an excellent job. It has a NOAA radio selector which is the most important feature. It becomes as clear as the NOAA information is predicting. On a cloudy day you may need to raise the antenna for optimal clarity, but you can always hear it. I'm in tornado conditions so I appreciate it and wish all radios had a NOAA selector. It extracts solar energy well and turns on instantly by sunlight. I haven't had to use batteries yet. Charging easier, I would give it 5 stars. Finally, it's hi durable. Very high quality construction for the price. I haven't tested it in the rain but it seems to be able to withstand some elements, although you try not to get it wet it still gets wet. Understand? I don't think it should be waterproof but the tolerances are tight and the plastic is solid. A good product.
