Goods never received. Promised a refund but never came.
I paid accordingly and asked for expedited shipping within 2 days. The product never arrived. Went back and forth to email the company asking for an item. The company said they had already shipped it but could not track who received my item as it was sent via post (not expedited as I paid). The company promised to return the money in full, but as of today (March 20), more than 1.5 months later, nothing has been refunded. Terrible company.
