I've had my laptop for 2 days. I first swapped out the 16GB RAM for 32GB (16 x 2) Crucial Ballistix 3200MHz SODIMM DDR4 DRAM as I plan to do some video editing. You can find it here @ https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B083W5ZRJ1/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. I suggest updating the Intel Wi-Fi driver as the download and upload speeds were not what I expected. I had to go to the Intel website to download the driver as the laptop said I had the latest version. There was a problem with the camera and we e-ticketed Lenovo to fix it. They are supposed to reply within 24 hours but I haven't received anything from them yet. :-( Otherwise I've had good experiences with the laptop. Loading is fast. The sound is really decent for a laptop. In terms of gaming, I've only played RBI Baseball 2020 and it looked really good, no lags. The fans are quite quiet as it doesn't mute the speakers while you work All programs load quickly and have never had to restart due to a program freezing Overall I'm very satisfied If I have further problems I'll revise the review
