I bought the USB3DOCKH2DP version (with triple monitor support) back in January 2019 so have had the product for about 6 months. PROS: - LOVE gigabit internet. That's half the reason I bought the dock. - The triple monitor support is the second half of the reason I bought the docking station. - The extra ports on the back also save me from using an extra port to connect to my computer. I really appreciate it too :) CONS: While it mostly meets my needs, it can still be improved. Cons Software/Drivers: - My biggest problem is that Night Shift is not supported on Mac. As I spend an average of over 15 hours a day on the computer, the elimination of the night shift causes a lot of eye strain (so I would definitely recommend this to colleagues who are also searching for documents and raise my rating) Hardware Cons: (Will improve not affecting my rating, but buyers beware) - It often draws too much power from my USB port, my Mac randomly disconnects the device and forces me to restart my Mac, affecting my performance. - Too many power supplies included. I honestly don't know what to do with everyone. It also makes the power supply unnecessarily large. - It's pretty bulky. Not sure what I was expecting, but it's quite thick and my aluminum laptops have a hard time resting on it without slipping. :(
