Two week old 2018 MacBook Pro. I used the dock for 2 days at work. Ethernet, power, 2 VGA monitors with DisplayPort and USB Thunderbolt adapter, redundant external hard drive. Easy to set up, everything plugged in and it worked the first time. The first day at lunch I had to restart the computer for some reason, I don't know if it was the dock or something else. Second day no reboot, no problems. A nice feature is that I used the front USB port to charge the mouse overnight. I just have to remember to disconnect the external drive when I turn off the computer. Great so far. I don't expect any problems.
