A good little compact weight bench
It’s definitely a good little compact weight bench that feels pretty sturdy overall. We didn’t have a whole lot of space to work with & this bench setup is about as large as we could go. My 14yr old son & I put it together & there were no major issues or problems there. My son is almost 6ft (150lbs) & he said some of the workout options he can’t do properly because the bench is small/compact &/or he’s too big. That’d be our only complaint/issue but again, we knew were buying a compact bench.
