I got another pen (non-illuminated) a few months ago but I wasn't thrilled with it. I found this glowing pen and decided to give it a try. Handle diameter is perfect for me. It's much easier to use than the thin pens that come with every Diamond Dotz set. It has bright white and yellow light. The bright white light is a little noticeable on the kit I'm making, but the yellow light looks great. The next set in the queue has a different background color and may be the exact opposite. It's great that a hard case for the pen and accessories is included.
