This cooler was definitely an upgrade from my stock AMD cooler. Not only does it cool a lot better, it also makes my computer run better. The packaging is very well done and comes with installation instructions which also include a parts list so you can check you have all the parts before you start the installation. I was very glad that thermal paste was included. It also has different brackets for different motherboard sockets, of course I followed the instructions for AMD/AM4. It took me about 30 minutes to install. My temperature is fine too. About 30 degrees idling/web surfing and depending on what I'm playing it's about 55-60 degrees! I'm currently using the included thermal paste! I can honestly say that I would recommend this cooler to anyone looking for something inexpensive, aesthetically pleasing and with great thermal properties!
