Rude support from the manufacturer and terrible quality razors!
If I could put zero I would put stars. These are by far the worst razors I have ever used. I knew I should have chosen another brand because the price was low and they have dual blades, but at that price I should have known the quality would be low too. When I contacted the manufacturer to let them know their razors cut me, they simply told me I needed to learn how to shave and they hadn't complained in 25 years. I don't think so when they say they haven't had a problem in 25 years and I'm a 40 year old man, I've been shaving since I was 15.
