Review on DALSTRONG Chef Knife Phantom Japanese by Emily Scott

Hi I work as a sous chef at Luna Red restaurant. On Tuesday I used a 6.5- Dalstrong Phantom series inch boning knife on a cord and it broke in a very odd place - not at the front or maybe the end, chipped from an accidental fall or something else you might expect but broke down. in the upper part closer to the handle, in the thicker part of the knife. I know the knife wasn't cheap so I wanted to write to you as a seller to see what you can do for me. Original Amazon order number: 111-9864055-6843446 and I ordered it less than a year ago, on October 9th. I am very upset - what can you do for me? Thanks,
