The shower head looks great but the individual holes are too big allowing unrestricted flow and much more water than a standard US shower head. You can put a throttle valve between this shower head and the rod when installing, but this will make the individual jets weak. We all remind that the specific heat capacity of water is 1000 times that of air, which means that it takes 1000 times more energy to raise the temperature of water by 1 degree C than for the same volume of air. This showerhead will definitely harm your energy bill and the environment.
