I wanted to switch from chemical clay litter because as my cat gets older it gets litter all the time which is both disgusting and unhealthy. This litter doesn't stick to his paws and clumps well, but I keep his litter in a small bathroom and can't stand the smell! It smells like I'm in a hamster cage or cattle pens at a folk festival on a hot day! I scoop every night but this smell is awful. If your box is in a well-ventilated area, give it a try. Otherwise please note - the worst filler smell I have ever tasted.
