Everyone should have one. It can be used to prepare the perfect quesadilla of any type in minutes. You can use a tortilla shell and fold, or use two. Cleaning consists of either rubbing or a brief soak in vinegar followed by wiping. The nonstick material feels flimsy, so be careful not to scratch it too badly, even with a careful spatula. I just dampen it with a little oil before use if sticking bothers me and it's worked great so far. I use this thing multiple times a day.
