Review on Optimized 4-Piece Set of D.M. Merchandising 22-inch Bear Claw Back Scratcher by Dominic Maxwell

I had a big problem with the "scratch" (bear claw) on these things that just broke off. In fact, I even had a big cat lying around, and that was enough to break off the scratching post. I've gone through all of these scrapers and don't have a single working scraper left. Not sure if it was a design flaw or a manufacturing flaw - translation: I hope they fixed it. These little things cause big scratches when you use them. After all, it's not that expensive, so for most of us it doesn't really matter to just buy a new batch, but it feels inherently wrong. This product shall have no right of return. I tried to initiate either a return or a refund or a reorder and there was no such option for this particular product. So again, it's great for what it does, but it's incredibly fragile - you can't miss it or put pressure on anything or the bear claw will come loose. Whether a well-functioning scraper is worth the potential headache of re-ordering a new batch or the cost of re-ordering, probably on a monthly basis, is up to you.
