Cool and loud but effective
I first bought this more traditional bidet for my grandma to try. Unfortunately she couldn't use both and I didn't want to send them back so we installed one for each of our toilets. It is exactly as described. Very cold water hose on the side of the toilet. My only complaint, which is really the 'fault' of the product, is that the metal hose is very noisy when in use. He bangs and bangs on the toilet and on himself. This is not for those wanting to be cautious.
