This belt features high quality materials, rock-solid construction, and in my opinion, represents a smart investment in greatly increased patient and caregiver safety during any patient movements.One hand hold strap runs parallel to belt on each side (3 1/2-inch-wide hand opening), with two vertical hand hold straps on each side (dual 3 1/2-inch-wide hand openings) as shown in my photos.
