Like others, I followed all the instructions included and was very unwelmed with the results after 48 hours. The package says it could take up to a week to expand but the bag had a long way to go in my opinion and we weren't pacing well.The best advice I got was from another comment/question on here. I took off the cover, leaving only the "mattress" on the ground and began massages the foam material trying physically to separate clumps. It was tedious and a bit tiring, but I just threw on a TV show and kept at it and also flipped it over everyone once in awhile in the process.You can see from my 48 hour before results following their directions (top picture) to my 48 hours results after massaging in mattress form after photo attached. World of difference, went from their isn't enough material in here to almost picture like results.The best way I can describe it is the foam material is kind of like feta cheese. You can have large clumps of feta and really small ones as well. That's what the foam is like after they vacuum pack and ship, you need to "break up the feta" into small pieces to maximize expansion.Still only getting 4 Stars as they should know their product better than some random advice I found on Walmart.Best of luck and this is the King if anyone is wondering.
