This coffee machine is everything! *boss kiss* I make regular coffee and add a shot of espresso, froth the milk and now that I'm not at home, instead of buying coffee I wait until I get home. This coffee maker takes up less space than the Keurig width. I like that the water tank holds a lot more water so less refilling is required. The block is solid. It uses a "light touch" so if you press the brew and power button too hard it won't work. All it takes is the touch of a feather. I don't know HOW it's brewed, but I can tell you the same coffee I used in my Keurig tastes better. I think it's great that not only original Nespresso capsules can be used here, but also other original compatible Nespresso capsules. Very happy with this purchase!
