Review on 🏋️ BraceAbility Spine Sport Back Brace: Ultimate Support for Active Men and Women in Sports, Fitness, and Occupational Activities (Medium) by Chad Chavez

I have a 31 inch waist and I read a review that said buy if you are on the border between sizes lie, but I wouldn't recommend it. I bought a small instead of a medium. I tighten the brace as tight as I can without the strings, but wish they were a little shorter so I can tighten them even more. I'm keeping this one to avoid the hassle of returning it (and that way my husband can probably use it if/when he needs to) but caution others to be careful. Quality-wise, the synthetics and strings don't seem to be as durable as my friend's other brand, but they seem adequate. I think the benefits of mesh rather than solid fabric on the brace itself outweigh the difference.
