My first cast iron spice pan
We used to beef up and greased our own braziers; However, we ordered this item and it came pre-seasoned. It is true. ready to cook and we didn't have to do anything. We've used it before and the depth of the pan and the fact that we didn't have to spend extra time 'curing' our new pan was a huge plus. I love this item.
