No BT and a dead key is a bad combination

My review is solely based on the aesthetic and feel of this product as the key provided does not work so there is no way for me to verify actual functionality or to test keyboard performance. but I could only see white light in the backlit keys. The keys have a nice feel, not too soft and wet, not too hard and harsh, with a cheap plastic feel. I was very disappointed with TBH not being able to use it. I know that like one of the other reviews the battery compartment has a magnet holding the key inside which is great for metal but what about the chips inside. I mean should someone in R&D check if the magnet subsides in such a short distance? Anything that is pre-ordered can cause problems with the chips that are in the key and you might think that with the build quality and everything else they won't miss the ball in this important part. 🧐 If it was Bluetooth and RF, I would use Bluetooth and be happy with that. I asked for an RMA and refund which I received very quickly due to store credit. I didn't like this RMA method. I had replaced it with a Rii 8+ when I decided to return it. Usually when I take it to a UPS location I get my money back in a few hours if that's the case. If I knew it would become so much if I dealt with the pain differently I would not ask for the dollars to be returned to my bank, now would be the time for Revane to be merciful to the repeat customer of their services would process the return as credit. but so far it has not happened. Note Note in case anyone from Revain is reading this. Thanks Steven, Cathy, TH.
