Works better than most
For many years I have used a tackle and bait box, one of which has many small boxes. It was actually very handy for storing jewelry, but I wanted something smaller and more aesthetically pleasing. I've tried several jewelry boxes/caskets/organizers and they were either too big, too bulky, or not organized the way I wanted. The ones with rods where you hang multiple necklaces were tedious to grab the necklaces closer to the center. It has enough hooks and handles so you don't have to move too many items to get other items and it doesn't take up much space on my dresser. Not perfect, but the best I've found.
