I am a Marine lady and had to travel to Germany for three weeks in January for training. Needless to say, I'm not used to it being so damn cold in here. The whole time I was there it was 15 to 23 degrees and it was FULL of snow. I wore them under my uniform and I was very warm! Obviously it's not heating so I still needed my regular uniform coat but it helped. And when I was in a warm room, I didn't overheat. It is breathable. It conforms to your body and feels very soft. I have very sensitive skin, I have eczema and it didn't irritate me at all. When I washed it, it was still elastic, did not lose size, that is, it did not stretch proportionally and did not begin to sag. The color stays the same and soft.
