Don't waste your time and money on them, they're not bright. A complete failure for use as a fog light.

I bought these expecting them to be good quality but they are not. Extremely weak and a joke. From the outside they looked like a good set before they were installed. I would have pulled them out again to return them but the headlights that came out burned out and I had a really hard time accessing the underside of the car to install the fog lights. I'll find a better pair when I have enough energy to take the car apart to replace them. I'm not kidding when I say brightness is a joke, I might as well put some glow sticks for the fog lights. Haha true. sad.
