I installed these lights on my bike a month ago. The tape on them isn't very sticky so I added my own. I used Gorilla double sided tape. Sticks much better. The lights are good and bright. The colors are pleasant. The wires were fine to reach the motor and over the rear wheel of my road bike. I had to use extension cords to get to the plugs. Everything was working great up until this weekend. Then he goes. The fuse has blown. I disassembled it and checked the connections. I didn't see anything wrong. No exposed cables or anything like that. Put a new fuse in and turned it on. It seemed to work fine for a minute then the light went out and hasn't worked since. And the small control unit smells of burnt electronics. I haven't torn it up yet, but I think it's cooked.
