I chose this protein shake after being recommended it by several of my colleagues. They both had weight loss surgery and received this protein drink before and after surgery. This protein drink has a less powdery taste than most other protein drinks I've tried. The peanut butter flavor in this drink doesn't taste like a peanut butter shake, but it beats any store-bought peanut butter protein shake. I actually bought this chocolate protein shake to make a peanut butter chocolate protein shake. I would not recommend this! They both taste great on their own, but the flavors don't mix well together. I would recommend freezing the shake first. It tastes way better when it's really cold, and the thickness that comes from mixing it up makes it more like a frozen treat. If you're wondering if this smoothie will fill you up. So will it be! If you're disciplined enough to stick to a plan, this shake will really help you get results.
