It's really easy to use in our product development process as it gives us insights into what is going well or not with regard customer feedback/requirements we receive from them (or internally).

I like that you can see all different names under one label which makes things easier when sorting out requirements for new products - eg if there are too many 'M's then this could help make sure they have enough female characters! Also being able to add more information about each person would be great but maybe at some point? You need an understanding team who will know how best apply these kind of tools so don't just throw people onto something without training beforehand otherwise your solution won't work very effectively long term!!
