I like that you can see all your trucks at one time, not just 1 truck or vehicle. You can also have multiple drivers for each truck/vehicle if needed. The interface could be easier to use. There are some features that aren't as easy to find or understand. For example how do i get an invoice? How does it work with my insurance carrier? Also there are times when we need our dispatcher but they don't always answer right away so sometimes we run into issues getting answers from them. This helps us keep better tabs on our equipment. We no longer lose vehicles or parts due to theft.
