I highly recommend this product. After wearing a compression stocking and leg brace for 6 months I could only wear a compression stocking, I hated it. Soi ordered this because I needed it above the knee and well below the knee. This created extra pressure on the knee with the pillow. I don't have to wear it all the time, no, but when I start to swell, I reach for it. It is highly breathable, non-slip and does not feel as tight as a compression stocking.
