I would recommend this product. I swim in Rhode Island on ocean beaches from about 62 and have wet pants and a vest. Time in the water is usually between an hour and an hour and a half, and I'm just swimming, not surfing, and I'm in the shallow water right above me. The temperature of our beaches varies depending on the influence of the Atlantic: colder beaches like Newport's Gooseberry are more open and colder than, for example, Naragansett. does not wear out like some other neoprene products. The color is good as it's more of an accent than the usual monochromatic black/grey - in a car leaving early it's easier to see on the floor mat. The fit is ok although like most people I probably bought one too big as wetsuits need a very tight fit to perform as intended. mine opens as i paddle to exchange water, take out my roasted warm water and replace it with cold seawater - so be aware the size is so big - it's bad with wetsuits and the harder it is to get in- and coming out the more likely you are to warm up in the sea.
