With EmailSuccess, we were able to set up a domain that our clients could use to send out emails and then track who was opening them. We also were able to set it up so that our clients could have their own customized emails that they could send out to their customers. It was very easy to set up and we were able to get our clients up and running very quickly. The support staff was very helpful. There is not much to dislike. We would like to be able to have a way to send out more than one email to a customer. We were able to have our clients send out emails to their customers and then track who opened them. This allowed us to see who in the company was more interested in our products. I like that it's easy to use and I can send emails via my gmail account. I dislike that sometimes you have to click a button to send an email after you've already opened your message. It makes me want to click "send" instead of waiting for it to go through. If you're looking for something simple to use, this is great! You don't need any technical knowledge to use it. Just open the program, write your message, and click send.
