Review on ☕ Bodum Brazil Black French Press Coffee and Tea Maker, 34 oz by Mayra Boyle

Have purchased 2 Bodum Brazil French Press in the past and loved both. Too bad my last one broke recently so naturally I wanted to replace it with the new Bodum Brazil French Press. Received the new French Press from Bodum Brazil yesterday and was disappointed that it was poorly packaged in a very small shipping box and wrapped in thin bubble wrap. This is NOT the old French press from Bodum Brazil. Glass is thinner. The components are NOT the quality they used to be. The strainer has been bent around the perimeter in two places, which is unsuitable for brewing quality coffee in a French press. Pour 205 degree water into a Bodum Brazil French Press and let stand for 4 minutes. When I pulled the plunger out of the French Press, there was a loud squeak and I thought the glass was about to break. It's sad that this was my experience with this particular product.
