I tried to get in touch with their customer service department, but I only got unhelpful and rude responses. It took me several tries to reach someone, and when I did, they were nasty and unwilling to accept responsibility for their error. They refused to accept blame for their blunder despite my numerous demands for a refund or exchange. Overall, I have had a very unpleasant and difficult experience with Yinggeli. I am discouraged and have lost faith in their brand because of their lack of concern for their clients and refusal to make amends for their errors. I wouldn't advise doing business with them, and I'll be moving my future purchases elsewhere.
