I bought this for a (large) cat with a lot of shedding and sensitive skin. Not only did it fit well (although the size is smaller than the chart, it does run larger), but its construction seemed very secure - the seams and seams don't have the jagged edges of other overalls I've received for it, and the Fabric , though not particularly thick, but delicate with a good tight weave. If you're buying it for a cat, the neck will be a bit wide, which I managed by (carefully) attaching the collar in a narrower hole. Overall I was very happy with it - and it became the cat's favorite outfit too!
