If I could seriously scold this product and the people behind it without receiving complaints, I definitely would. I'd like to tell you exactly what I think of this stupid product. I thought the shipping had something to do with it as the box was slightly damaged but now this item was a mess from the start. First, the clips that hold this closed case fell off immediately when taken out of the box, the rubber or plastic grommets around the outer edge of the product fell off like butter immediately and upon opening to install it. exceeded the intended height and immediately ripped the green screen off the panel. It just kept going until it was finally slowly but surely pulled from the utterly useless junk, a product I would not recommend, can't wait to get my money back and never buy anything from this company again. Even before it kicked off it didn't retract like it should either, so it doesn't even do what it's supposed to do let alone survive 2 minutes, and I literally speak right out of the box as soon as I get it out of the box I opened it to test and see how it looks and it fell apart immediately, avoid buying this product, save money, don't experience the hassle and hassle. with it or refined as I have to do now. Go with Elgato. At least they know what they're doing.
