Review on Maxicus by Ken Hamdan

Takes no time learning but works well

It is very easy to use especially if you have used other CRM tools before.It provides me with all information i need without missing anything out which makes my life easier. I like that it has multiple ways in order for one customer contact details be shown at different levels depending upon how important they might be. So far so good. If there was any thing bad about this tool then would not recommend others should avoid using it otherwise everything seems fine. Just try it once and see what happens with you later when your work gets more complicated than just having some basic info around customers or contacts. Solved our issues regarding handling clients better by giving us access control over client profile information such as address list etc.
