Review on Tetra ReptoFilter: Clear-Water Filter for Terrariums - Optimal Filtration Solution by Lindsay Erdman

I was initially very happy with the filter. It was quieter than the previous filter (different brand). It has a good flow rate and cleans the tank well. About a month after using it, it suddenly stopped working completely. No sound, no flow, nothing! Contacted about sending another, to return but due to COVID I couldn't get out. I'm not the only one with the same situation and most don't accept returns. I am at high risk for Lupus and Rheumatoid Arthritis so my filter is broken due to my high risk and COVID. No one has attempted to replace it or credit my account as I cannot return a broken dirty filter.
