I bought this in the hope that I could open my nose at night and breathe a little better. I have found that I get very stuffy at night when trying to sleep, especially at this time of year. It definitely helped the first night so I'd say a good buy! You can also change the settings so that the vapor comes out the way you want it. I also like the additional light color change :)
