Great kit, just needs practice to use Polygel

This was my first experience with polygel so it was a bit difficult to work with, but the second time I did nail extensions it was much easier. I just watched some YouTube videos and learned a lot. I like that the kit includes a lamp and everything you need for it. The lamp looks a bit cheap, but serves its purpose. I only end up blow drying for 90 seconds to make sure all nails are completely dry. I tried using a slip solution but found that 70% alcohol worked better in my opinion. I also bought a nail dryer and primer from the models to make them last longer and they lasted a good two weeks on my nails which I didn't screw up. I had some nails that popped out but that was because I accidentally put them on my cuticles and they started lifting. Polygel feels very strong and I didn't even feel like I had extended nails. I used flatter double coffin shapes because I prefer a straighter look to a curved one and it worked great. Nails unless you want super long nails. I can easily do 10 more nails just using the polygel I have left over, which is a lot cheaper than doing nails at the salon. You also don't need an E file when using double forms as they come out very smooth, but I suggest using them around the cuticle area and under the nail to keep the poly gel from lifting. I really recommend buying this polygel kit. if you are just starting to do nails with polygel. It takes practice, but the more you do it, the better looking and easier it is to manage.
