Roxy is a Morkie, she weighs about 5.5 kg, measures 18 inches, chest 11 inches, neck 11 inches and only 11 inches from neck to tail. I chose the size small, it fits her well. I could probably downsize. Her strap dress is not really adjustable. I tried making the neck and waist straps smaller, but that didn't make the dress, which had the straps bunched like a big bubble in the neck and waist area, cute or comfy at all. The skirt goes almost all the way so the skirt almost touches the floor (not really the design's fault). Roxy has 5 inch feet, very small feet. I can always wear a sweater or a heavy shirt/sweatshirt under their belts. Very nice design, I hope the harness doesn't tear or rip at the seams. So far the harness seems well made just wish it came with a matching leash which would be very cute. Best quality at a good price plus fast delivery.
