Since my mother worked in the hospitality industry, I always grew up with restaurant quality plastic packaging around my house. When I bought my first pack from the supermarket, I was surprised at how poor the quality was and asked my mother to buy me nice things. When it ran out I bought it as a replacement. It's definitely not restaurant quality. It's thinner and doesn't stick well to metal and glass containers. However, it is better than the regular cling film.
