Terrible experience after using Loupedeck keyboard for the first time I decided to try it. The first Loupedeck suffered from sticky buttons, and while I liked the workflow, the hardware left a lot to be desired. I ordered this and tried it in Lightroom and DaVinci Resolve and found the workflow too cumbersome and complex to build muscle memory to save time. It tries to do too much and seems like overly complex hardware. I decided it wasn't for me and sent it back to Revain and Loupedeck charged me a $110 restocking fee! This was not disclosed anywhere on the product page. This is a dodgy and no way to monetize your customers and it shows how many people shouldn't be satisfied and want to come back too. Don't buy and don't make the same mistake I did. Will never buy Loupedeck products again.
